Owen Fraser

Owen calls the shape as he sees it, no hedging, and he's built The Debrief's Canadian edition around that same directness. He came to English football's tactical detail from the outside, which he thinks is an advantage rather than a handicap — no inherited assumptions about how a team 'should' set up, just what actually happens when the ball moves. When a story has a genuine Canadian thread, he'll pull it out; when it doesn't, he'd rather write the piece straight than force a connection that isn't really there.
